Spherion Mid Ohio, in partnership with The JM Smucker Company, is seeking a Client Service Representative to provide best-in-class service and support to the Smucker team in Orrville, Ohio. This is a contract position that could offer potential permanent hire for the right candidate. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a Fortune 500 organization.
This position offers full time hours, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, office hours. This position offers a remote hybrid work schedule, you will have the opportunity to work a combination of days remotely and in the office at the Smucker Orrville campus (most likely 75% remote, 25% in the office).
Pay: $20-22/hour (approximately $41,600-45,760 annually)
- Data entry
- Accurately manage and update equipment service orders from beginning to close
- Manage customer database by updating current records, entering new customer information, and validating sales contracts
- Intake equipment service requests and schedule Service Technicians for equipment maintenance, installs, or removals
- Provide timely confirmation and updates to customers receiving equipment service to ensure best-in-class customer satisfaction
- Create and manage purchase orders by checking inventory levels with third party warehouse
- Lead trouble-shooting efforts for any discrepancies with customers or technicians. Ensure proper escalation of potential issues Service Teams or Sales teams
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and third-party providers

- High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
