- HOURS: M-TH 6AM-4PM (Friday as needed) This company is open to being flexible with the schedule, and considering 2nd shift candidates

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including tool selection and calibration.
- Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to produce precise components.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to optimize production efficiency.
- Conduct inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure part quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues independently.
- Maintain detailed records of production runs, tool usage, and machine maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve machining processes and efficiency.
- Train and mentor CNC Machinist 1 team members as needed.
Skills:
- Proven work history
- CNC Programming a plus, but not required
- Haas VF7, VF4, Lathe experience
Qualifications:
- HS diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in CNC machining.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments.
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiar with different types of CNC machines and programming languages.
