The Machinist Apprentice will be responsible for loading & unloading parts in and out of a CNC Machines to ensure the parts are in compliance per the drawing and manufacturing inspection plan.Responsibilities:-First priority is keeping production parts loaded and unload in the assigned CNC machines per set-up instructions/work order. The expectation is to keep the spindles running making good parts on time without sacrificing quality. -Inspect parts per manufacturing inspection plan (MIP) and accurately record all results on the MIP document as parts come off the CNCs. -Tag and document all non-conformance parts per the AS9100 procedures/work instructions. -Clocking in and out of work order operations in ERP system (Global). Recording any scrap in ERP system. -Ensure that the shop floor is kept clean and professional.
