We are seeking a CNC operator for one of our globally leading manufacturing company's in Fairview, Pa.

$14.50-$25/hr - based on experience

Weekly Pay $$$

Operating Conventional, Special Purpose and Numerical Control (NC/CNC) Machines and Machining Centers
Perform proficiently in a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Office and department specific software
Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor
Responsible for keeping all assigned areas in a safe, clean, and healthful condition

Perform proficiently in a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Office and department specific software
Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor
Responsible for keeping all assigned areas in a safe, clean, and healthful condition

key responsibilities
- Load machine as required in accordance with shop orders
- Actively observe machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunctions
- Report work piece defects or machine malfunctions to appropriate personnel to resolve issues
- Determine when tooling needs changed.
- Follow and understand all work instructions, inspection requirements and verbal/written instruction
- Conduct in-process inspections and measure work piece dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operation using shop floor inspection tools (mics, calipers, depth mics, gage pins, etc.)
- Remove burrs, and sharp edges from workpiece per work instructions
- Understand and complete “At Machine Documentation”
- Efficiently load and unload parts in machine fixtures.
qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Completion of CNC C Operator OJT.
- Ability to read Blue Prints
