- Write and optimize programs to produce parts using various CAD/CAM programming software including ProNest, Esprit, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing quality and efficiency through improvements in tooling and program efficiency.
- Recommend/order tooling to support manufacturing operations.
- Estimate manufacturing production time and methods.
- Load feed mechanism by lifting stock into position
- Maintain specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
- Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer???s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs
- Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
- Document actions by completing production and quality logs
- Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- 3 years' experience programming and operating CNC mills and lathes preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work in different environments
- Strong communications skills
- Math and manual calculation skills

Education:
High School

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Experience with SAP, ProNest, Esprit, and CAD/CAM software
