Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to blueprints and specifications.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines and programs.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize machining processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role.
Proficiency in CAM software (e.g., Fusion 360, Mastercam).
Extensive knowledge of machining processes and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
