Spherion Staffing is seeking Collections Representatives to support the company's customers by initiating outgoing customer communications with customer who have outstanding loan payments, either via phone or email. Assist with alternate payment methods or correction needs to be made. Negotiate a payment plan if necessary. Document call attempts and call outcomes.

Qualifications:
-Minimum of one year of customer service or call center experience, preferably in a collections or financial role.
-Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
-Schedule: Monday-Friday, evening and/or Saturday hours are optional (40 hour/week avg)
