Evaluate data from market analysis and prepare benefits and compensation reports that would be beneficial to the company

Develop, monitor and maintain database/processes for compensation survey for new hire offers, promotions and internal job changes;
and maintains compensation policies.
Support compensation management process in collaboration with other departments.
Collect and maintain data to ensure the company can attract and retain high quality employees based on market trends.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Customer service mindset and demonstrates integrity.
Work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Advanced computer proficiency and technical aptitude using Microsoft tools such as excel, access and power point, visio
Ability to effectively analyze compensation data and reports
Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
Ability to organize, plan, and problem solve.
Proficient in using Human Resource Information Systems, technical compensation tools
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years experience in Employee Compensation Analyst position or;
3 years in HR Analyst position
Licenses: CCP or SHRM-CP is preferred.
