- Manage quality processes and related systems to ensure security, control, and availability of documentation and training materials to all personnel.
- Interpret requirements; review and analyze processes and other requirements to ensure compliance.
- Manage master date, including creation, updates, and deletion.
- Develop reports and analyses.
- Perform and lead scheduled assessments and audits of the programs to ensure policies and procedures are followed and in conformance with the management system standard.
- Verify corrective and preventative action for facility issues including proper root cause analysis, implementation plan, and objective evidence to verify the effectiveness of the solution.
- Review documentation to ensure content meets the requirement of the management system and is consistent with the company standards and branding.
- Assist the Fulfillment Quality Manager with educating employees about the quality program and quality management system.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Documentation skills, including the ability to edit and proof documents.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and organizational skills.
- Ability to master new concepts, ideas, and practices.
- Ability to understand and carry out written and verbal instructions.
