Responsibilities:
Responsible for the integrity of the network
Develops procedures and methods for operations that maintain the network and keeps all related systems reliable and stable, minimizing disruption to business.
Provide Tier II and III support for network requests and issues
Responsible for establishing policies and procedures for incoming and outgoing users.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Knowledge of Cisco IOS, routing, switching, firewalls, WiFi, radius authentication, DHCP and network monitoring.
Experience working with wide area networks, local area networks and remote activity.
Knowledge of remote sites with VPN, MPLS and DMVPN technologies.
Good team work skills that focus on respect, empathy and trust while working to support end users.
Great verbal and written communication skills, mathematical skills, as well as the ability to solve practical problems
Ability to work and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
Associates degree, technical school or combination of experience and education.
Must be able to physically perform the aspects of the job, frequently lifting or pulling up to 25 pounds, and sitting, standing, kneeling.

Documented experience to provide the support needed within the network.
