In this position you will be supporting the estimating and accounting teams which includes but is not limited to:
Investigate variance requests submitted, determine validity of request, obtain proper approvals for variance, create variance in accounting system if approved, notify requestor if not approved.
Review cost in old jobs for accuracy of amounts paid.
Pay or Delete open POs as necessary, create journal entries as needed for corrections to job cost.
Relieve WIP to COS. Edit jobs to closed status.
Cross train to provide support as needed for accounting functions as well as assist office manager with financial functions, reconciliations, etc.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

High School

1-4 years

Minimum education level ??? high school diploma
- Able to reconcile accounts and between software
- Able to solve problems using logic and reasoning

- Must be detail oriented and able to produce accurate work
