Financial Reporting & Analysis:Prepare and review financial statements, project budgets, and cost reports.Analyze project financials, identifying variances between actual costs and budgeted amounts.Generate and present periodic financial reports to management and stakeholders.Cost Tracking & Management:Monitor and record project expenses, including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs.Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies related to construction project expenses.Ensure proper allocation of costs and accurate tracking of project profitability.Billing & Invoicing:Prepare and process invoices for clients and subcontractors in accordance with contract terms.Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable for construction projects.Track and follow up on overdue invoices to ensure timely payments.Compliance & Documentation:Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and industry regulations.Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes.Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Relevant experience in construction accounting or a similar role.Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost control, and financial reporting.Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
