The Construction Project Coordinator is an integral part to the success of the homebuilding process. Our Construction Project Coordinator will interpret drawings and order/plan all necessary steps for the building of the project.Responsibilities:Essential Responsibilities: + Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction projects and crews. + Reviews blueprints and prepares trade plans. + Orders windows, doors and building materials, including lumber, steel beams and fasteners.+ Responsible for scheduling all of the necessary materials are on-site for the construction teams + Inspect job sites and/or troubleshoot as needed+ Head up permit and warranty departmentWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:+ Computer savvy with MS Excel and other programs + Must be able to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks+ Must be an effective communicator with customers, subcontractors and team membersEducation:No Degree RequiredExperience:4-7 yearsQualifications:+ 5+ years of a Construction Project Coordinator, Superintendent, Project Manager, Construction Manager or General Contractor. + The ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Benefits:The client offers a highly competitive salaryYou may apply here or call 732-224-1166Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
