This is a hands-on working Superintendent opportunity. To provide on-site coordination and supervision for all phases of construction projects, including understanding design drawings, coordinating and supervising in-house staff and Contractors, material and equipment procurement and deliveries, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities:
Perform Superintendent duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously.
Schedule and manage in-house staff, Contractors, vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.
Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
Maintain photo documentation of progress and field issues.
Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.
Coordinate required inspections and acquire necessary permits from local jurisdictions.
Ensure in-house staff and subcontractors are building per plan, code and quality.
Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.
Ensure tools and equipment is accounted for and in good working order.
Relay any issues by the Owner and serve and control interaction between in-house staff and various Contractors on site.
Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
Perform pre-construction walks with Contractors and inspectors to identify potential issues.
Coordinate between in-house staff, all Contractors/trades on site.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Perform Superintendent duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously.
Excellent communication and positivity a requirement, with a minimum of five years of verifiable experience on similar projects of similar scope and complexity.
The ideal applicant will be highly organized, with the ability to plan ahead and multitask in order to meet deadlines and keep projects under budget.

No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience with managing in-house staff and Sub Contractors.
Able to perform mathematical calculations for yardage/tonnage, percentages
Ability to identify deficient work and provide resolution.
Able to read drawings and construction documents.
Physically lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to commute and manage multiple job sites. Clean driving record and drivers license. Ability to Tow a trailer.
