The Construction Operations Manager is responsible for the management of the commercial construction activities within the organization. Qualified applicants must have a Four-year bachelor's degree in related field of engineering, project management or business along with a minimum of ten years work experience in managing construction projects and staff with five years of supervisor experience.

Pay: $100-125k/year DOE
Responsibilities:
- Design, construct, maintain schedules, monitor quality, and assure financial success of each project
- Manage the ongoing relations with clients, contractors, vendors, and our construction management team to ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications
- Aid clients in the selection on details and designs of projects
- Provide input and collaborate interdepartmentally with estimating, sales, accounting, property management and leasing
- Report directly to the President of Construction and owner of the company
