- Shift: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Earning Potential: Up to $150,000 annually, with a sales target of $1.2M in the first year, a proven achievable goal. The position offers 8.65% commission with no cap, paid in two installments: 1st half upon sale, and the remaining half upon project completion.
- Training Program: Comprehensive training at the corporate office in Albert Lea, 2-3 days per week. The company reimburses mileage for training travel. Hotel accommodations are provided if the candidate prefers to stay in Albert Lea during training. Compensation of $1,000 per week during the 4-week training program, followed by 100% commission-based pay.
- Sales Territory: 30-mile radius around Waterloo, IA (Cedar Rapids not included)

Responsibilities:
- Manage designated sales regions and leads, using company resources to ensure sales targets are achieved or exceeded.
- Deliver Signature Service to customers while building and maintaining relationships.
- Stay informed about products and ongoing promotions.
- Collaborate closely with the Installation Team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Attend sales meetings regularly.
- Provide timely feedback on appointments and submit reports to help the Marketing Department optimize the marketing budget.
- Ensure all paperwork, including contracts, down payments, work orders, and photos, is properly completed to initiate jobs.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor to build customer confidence.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Experience in in-home or home improvement sales is preferred.
- Proven track record of success in previous roles.
- Construction: Sales, Management, Project Manager, Owner
Qualifications:
- At least two years of customer service experience.
- At least two years of sales experience.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of sales principles and methods for promoting, displaying, and selling products/services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
- Willingness to travel to meet customers at their homes.
