-Education: Bachelor?s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; CPA or CMA designation strongly preferred.-Experience: 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3-5 years in a management or supervisory role.-Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills. Experience with financial modeling and analysis is a plus.-Knowledge of GAAP: Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other relevant regulations.
