Develop / Follow all aspects of maintenance safety protocol (LOTO, Arc Flash, etc.).Strong electrical control troubleshooting and ability to read electrical schematic.Experience working on Manufacturing systems ranging from 12 VDC to 480 VAC.Development / Implementation / Troubleshooting for Digital/Analog IO, safety interlock system, VFD and Servo Drive systems.Experienced on wiring, networking, and operating computer programs within an industrial/manufacturing environment.Capable to do basic mechanical assembly Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLC experience, and capable to make basic PLC code change.Works in partnership with broader engineering design team to create automated processes with an integrated process flow.

Completion of an approved Certified Electronics, Electrical and/or Instrumentation Program. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Industrial Electrical and/or Instrumentation and/or Control repair and maintenance.Knowledge in industrial automation and networked machines.Knowledge in uninterruptable power sources, diesel/gas generators, electrical switchgear, power distribution units, variable frequency drives, and automatic/static transfer switches.Knowledge of building codes and regulations including Life Safety, IBC, NFPA, NEC, and OSHA.
