Spherion is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join the team of one of our Temple based manufacturing clients! This is a temp-to-hire position with the opportunity to grow with the company. As a CSR, you will be the voice of the company, providing exceptional service to customers via phone and email. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction. Experience as a CSR for a manufacturer is a plus!

Responsibilities:
Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolving customer issues or complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Providing product or service information and recommendations to customers.
Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Identifying and escalating customer issues to the appropriate team member or manager.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal and written communication.
Problem-solving skills, including the ability to think creatively and proactively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Technical proficiency, including proficiency with customer service software and basic computer skills.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging customer interactions.
