* Competitive hourly pay rate of $22, with limited overtime; standard 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm

Responsibilities:
* Efficiently and professionally handle both inbound and outbound calls
* Address customer complaints by following established procedures
* Adhere to communication "scripts" when handling diverse customer topics
* Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives
* Strict adherence to all company policies and procedures
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
* Previous experience in a customer support role with familiarity in CRM systems
* Exceptional active listening and problem-solving skills
* Effective communication skills in English

No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
* Multitasking abilities, with the capacity to set priorities and manage time efficiently
* Proficient in professional phone etiquette and active listening
* Reliable transportation to and from the location
