- 100% onsite, location on the east side of Madison, WI
- 1st shift schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and emails per client policies and procedures
- Close sales, process orders, and enter them into the business system with a high degree of accuracy
- Meet individual metric targets
- Resolve level 1 technical issues over the phone
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent degree required
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service
- Ability to sit/stand and talk on a headset for the duration of your shift
- Strong communication skills including professional phone etiquette
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Computer proficiency including experience with Microsoft applications and the ability to type 30+ wpm
- Ability to deliver on monthly sales targets
- Experience with Oracle, another CRM, and 2 years of inside or outside sales managing a prospect database is desired
