A North Charleston Logistics company is looking to add a Customer Logistics & Administrative Assistant
to their team.
Hours 7:00 - 5:00 PM -may vary with customer needs (8 hour days with some flexibility on start/end times. Some overtime required as needed)
Eligible for paid holidays after 6 months.
Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound paperwork
Create specific paperwork and processes for each customer???s needs
Communicate with Customers, Drivers and Transportation companies
Work efficiently with corporate and warehouse teams
Make suggestions for productivity improvements
Communicate and collaborate with team members
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
MS Office Computer Knowledge - Must be proficient in MS Excel / Google,Able to work o
Warehouse Management Software System ( Knowledge of Go-Port! A plus)
Must be a self-starter,
Comfortable working in a fast paced and busy environment with ability to multi-task and flexibility to change flow as needed;
Strong Attention to Detail with an ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
2+years Logistics experience
Must be proficient in MS Excel
Self Starter with ability to multi-task and switch tasks frequently
