Responsibilities:
Sharing information with customers on services such as prices and deals
Answering customer queries and providing information

2 to 4 years in Customer service
Taking calls for orders, calling airlines for flight information
Responding to complaints when customers experience problems
Processing orders and returns
Documenting customer interactions
Using relationship management software to create client records and to manage support tickets, record issues, and resolutions
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent education required
2 to 4 years of customer service experience
Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Feel comfortable on the phone.
