Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Ability to resolve issues in a fast pacer environment
Able to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
Experience working with customer support.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
1-4 years of experience in Customer Service ( Retail, Call center, commercial or environment, etc)
Associates or Bachelors, will be a plus.
