For 30 years they have been helping consumers take control of their financial situations that have been challenged by credit cards, loans, and more.Responsibilities:-Provide financial counseling to consumers.- Heavy inbound phone communication in a call center environment (work-from-home) with consumers, client referrals and industry partners.- Prepare a detailed analysis of the consumer's financial situation as well as document a solution.- Review credit reports and provide advice to consumers.- Develop a plan for consumer to reduce debtWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PMSkills:- Ability to multi-task and navigate quickly in a fast-paced environment- Ability to sit for an 8-hour shift and wear a headset to take calls- Detail-oriented, goal-drivenEducation:No Degree RequiredExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:-At least one year in a fast-paced, customer service environment is preferred- English/Spanish is a plus but not required- This is a remote, work-from-home position. Must have a relatively quiet place to perform the job. Schedule:Training is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5:30 PM and will last 6-8 weeksAfter training, the position will be between 8 AM and 9 PM, Monday through Friday. You will have a relatively set schedule during those hours.
