The Customer Service Associate will be working in a call center taking calls from a queue. These are intercepted calls from people seeking a doctor. You will be gathering demographic information from the callers and are scored according to your ability to do so. We are looking for English-speaking, as well as English/Spanish bilingual candidates to fill various 1st and 2nd shift opportunities!
Responsibilities:
- Collects demographic information and maintains consistent metrics while providing a positive interaction with the customer
- Ensures phone calls are answered promptly and meets all service level agreements
- Completes warm transfer of patients to appropriate doctor's office while supplying demographic information
- Documents all contacts for tracking and reporting purposes and resolution of contacts
- Confirms customer contact information and updates company records when customer's information has changed
- Maintain call center/performance metrics
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Adherence: ability to take calls when you are supposed to be taking calls
-Quality: professional speaking tone, polite manners, etc
-Demo: ability to ask for demographic information from callers
-Transfer Rate: the ability transfer caller to designation office while providing demographics
-After Call Work: ability to multitask and keeping this time short to document the call and be ready to take another call in cue

Qualifications:
-Previous experience working in a fast paced customer focused setting
-1 year of call center or office experience
-Ability to work within a fast paced environment
-Can type at least 30 wpm: testing required
