Spherion Staffing Leesburg is looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join a fast-paced Logistics company located in Leesburg, FL.
The C shift schedule is Friday to Sunday and every other Thursday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. The pay rate is $17.25/hr this includes a shift differential.

The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for providing customers with high-quality, professional customer service and acts as an extension of the customer within Saddle Creek Corporation. The CSC coordinates between customer operations and transportation. They perform customer service functions with a special emphasis on communication, problem solving, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and interpersonal skills.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
-Associate???s (AA) degree.
-Experience working in Microsoft Office and with warehouse management systems such as SAP or WMS.
-Proficiency in typing.
-Previous experience in a busy warehouse, office, or similar environment.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
-Must be able to work in a warehouse environment which may be noisy, busy, and may be non-temperature controlled, meaning the indoor temperature fluctuates throughout the seasons.
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
-Minimum of six months??? experience in a customer service role.
