Pay $17-20/hour DOE
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Answer customer questions/concerns over the phone, and communicate with proper departments to follow up
- Process work orders and tickets
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues across the sales department, production, scheduling, service technicians, and shipping departments to resolve customer issues
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
- Collaborate with multiple departments, including purchasing, operations, sales, ext

Skills:
Requirements:
-2 plus years of customer service/administrative experience required with experience working in the residential construction industry a plus
-Must have proven customer support experience
-Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
-Construction industry experience helpful but not required
-Knowledge of doors, windows, and hardware preferred, but not required
-Experience operating MRP systems
-Ability to take a problem from origination through to root cause corrective action
Education:
High School

1-4 years
