Spherion Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a candidate for Customer Service/ Order Processor for a position in Bolton, Massachusetts. One position focuses on order processing for online orders and post order customer service and communication. Candidates should have some experience with the administrative aspects of fulfilling orders such as verification, order entry and processing, payment processing, e-commerce, customer communication pre and post order, and/or return authorizations, or billing and processing payments.

Salary: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Along with supporting our customers, you will learn about many consumer products like earbuds, mobile phones, gaming accessories and much more. Your knowledge base will help you provide the best support for our customers via the phone, emails and other messaging media.
- Support customers requesting assistance with pre- and post-order questions.
- Respond to all messages within the allotted time required by each platform.
- Work as a team to identify and obtain the best resolution per the customers need.
- Maintain and authorize customer returns to be processed.
- Project a professional company image at all times.
- Assisting our operations and sales departments as needed.
Working hours: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
The position is Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 6:30 pm - this role focuses on responding to customer inquiries both pre- and post-sale via phone and email, processing payments for orders, and addressing and tracking return authorizations. Most work settings are in a warehouse setting.
No Degree Required
- Prior experience working with customers in a sales or order fulfillment setting
- Prior customer service-related experience
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Excellent business etiquette and customer communication skills
- Microsoft Office
- Computer Skills
