Spherion Staffing is looking for several Customer Service Professionals to work with a local Fargo client. The Customer Service Professionals position is responsible for assisting and educating members, providers and customers on products and plans offered by Company. This position researches, analyzes and resolves all inquiries, promoting a favorable image of the Company by demonstrating shared business values to all who contact. In addition, this position will foster and preserve reputable relationships with all members, providers and customers by providing accurate and timely information in response to all inquiries.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm (with remote/hybrid opportunity after training completion)
Pay $17/hour
Training: 8-10 weeks of classroom training, then 4-6 weeks of nesting (paired up for support before solo)
Responsibilities:
-Provide assistance, service and education to all internal and external members, providers, and customers
-Ensure accuracy and timeliness in responding to a variety of inquiries
-Process and resolve customer issues with varying complexities, which may include system updates and/or claims research
-Possess and maintain base knowledge of insurance terms and practices along with various company offered products
-Ensure proper follow-up regarding inquiries from both member and providers, relaying and gathering appropriate information to and from internal parties to resolve issues or discrepancies
-Determine proper resources to gather information and details regarding member or provider inquiries
-Utilize internal resources and databases to address specific inquiries or gather specific plan details for members and providers

-Minimum of 1 year of customer service or related experience is required
-High School Diploma or GED *Associate's degree or other post-secondary education is preferred
-Must possess excellent communication skills
