Assisting sales people & customers with orders
Responsibilities:
Assist in entering incoming orders (via telephone, email, fax) into QuickBooks
Perform multiple tasks necessary to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders
Communicating with customers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth sales process

Obtain freight quotes when necessary
Distribute customer orders to corresponding customer, production team and appropriate/corresponding company sales representative
Work closely with production and shipping to track progress on customers??? orders
Provide tracking information on orders to sales staff and customers
Support sales staff in various areas
Special projects on assorted subjects
Answer current and potential customers' questions by providing basic and accurate information via phone or email
General office duties
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in a related position preferred
Experience in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office preferred
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
Very detail oriented
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers and employees
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent time management skills
Punctual with strong attendance history
Opening with production facility in McCalla/Green Pond
