Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and business partners via telephone and email.
Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and concerns in a calm and professional manner, diagnosing, assessing, and resolving problems or issues.
Route Monitoring: Monitor the progress of delivery routes, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
Order Processing: Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps, process changes, or cancellations to delivery orders.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
1 year of related experience, preferably within a call center or customer service environment.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
Exceptional multitasking abilities with strong organizational skills.
Capacity to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
