As an Advanced Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for helping the customers get properly equipped with providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
Interact with customers via phone, email and in-person
Provide information about our products and services

Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and/or concerns
Process orders/take payments
Direct unresolved issues to Tier 2 or Management if/when necessary
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving product line and services
Communicate customer feedback to management when necessary
Follow company processes accurately and efficiently
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with Shopify preferred, but not required
Education:
High School
Experience:

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to prioritize and multitask
