Spherion Staffing is seeking a 2nd shift CSR/Dock Clerk for a local client here in Sioux Falls. The CSR/Dock Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties that require knowledge of office systems and procedures. Qualified applicants must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-orientated environment and have good customer service and communication skills.
-Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions and explain information
-Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities and business transactions
-Manage calendars and create appointments
-Compute, record, and proofread data and other information such as records or reports
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
-High school diploma or GED preferred or at least one year related work experience
-Good customer service skills
-Ability to communicate effectively with variety of individuals
-Perform work activities requiring reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others
