Spherion is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a company located here in Asheville, NC. While customer service experience is preferred, it is not required. Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply!
-Interact directly with customers via telephone, email, online chat or in person to provide support and information on products or services
-Collect and enters orders for new or additional products or services
-Utilize customer contact list to sell additional/enhanced products, services
-Field customer questions and complaints and forward all issues to the assigned specialist or other appropriate team member
-Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints or comments
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Excellent communication skills including active listening
Able to work in a fast paced, very busy environment
Detail oriented and organized
Proficient on computers and technology
Able to multi-task and work on several projects at once
At least 1 year customer service experience
Proficient on Google Suites and MS Office Suites
Quickbooks experience a plus
Type 50+ WPM
