Past experience handling high volume of calls

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience
Friendly phone voice and excellent phone etiquette
Ability to answer high volume of phone inbound calls
Computer literate
Ability to learn new material quickly
Maintain a positive, empathetic and processional attitude toward customers at all times
