Learn the product knowledge of the company.
Interact directly with customers and support them with either product inquiries, warranties and insurance contract, processing payments, or updating their memberships
Depending on experience or preference there are opportunities for inbound or outbound customer calls.
Provide a warm and friendly service for the customer and ensure that their questions or requests are being met.
Customer Service Representatives will establish rapport with customers.
