Pay starts at $15-$21/hr with opportunity for growth

Responsibilities:
Customer Service Responsibilities include:
-Answering questions and concerns for the member
-Update member information as needed
-Respond to membership requests via email
-Perform other duties as assigned
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
-Previous customer service experience preferred
-Bilingual a plus!
-Superb listening skills

-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Strong communication and problem solving skills
-Basic computer skills-knowledge of Microsoft applications is a plus.
-Ability to answer customer calls and help them through a variety of situations.
