The Customer Service Representative is responsible for overall customer service functions and customer communications, using core values throughout the process and duties.

Database management, order processing, managing the calendar, and generating and analyzing reports. Acts as a liaison between the departments of design, shop, sales, and customers coordinating all deliveries to the field and additional duties and responsibilities as needed or required. CSR is responsible for smooth deliveries and coordination between all departments regarding operations. CSR assists in analyzing data and generating reports to help the company plan for the upcoming 6-12 month outlook in terms of workflow, material, and labor needs to accommodate customers' needs and forecasts.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Spanish is a plus.
