Spherion is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our client in Fort Wayne, IN!
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Pay: ranges from $17-$21/HR based on experience
Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representative's primary responsibility is to support our customers and sales.
-Answer the phone and front door

-Set up new customers in Max and Peachtree
-Update pricing in Max per sales request for all customer bases
-Prepare customs documentation and communicate with customers on shipping products.
-Process all credit card transactions.
-Respond to customers request and direct, if needed, to appropriate Employee.
-Check all incoming emails.
-Print purchase orders and verify for accuracy (price, terms, part number, etc.) and put into review folders depending on department.
-Review and update all customer portals.
-Enter orders into Max when you receive PO's back from department heads.
-Print labels per requirements of the customer when needed.
-Send ASN's to appropriate customers when needed.
-Prepare and send proforma invoices as needed.
-Invoice all shipments for the day.
-Prepare PO packet and file while maintaining a clearly organized and clean workspace.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
