The Customer Service Representative is responsible for working directly with customers for new and existing orders. They will be working with a professional, well-tenured front office staff that has worked together for nearly 12-years! This position was created due to investing in state of the art machines, increasing sales, product and labor requirements and advanced technologies to fulfill customer demands. This is a one shift operation. The typical day starts from a full cycle customer service desk that is multi-task, fast and efficient. You will be answering phones, managing assigned accounts, creating new accounts, entering orders and sending invoicing through their proprietary software system. Other duties may include quoting as the position evolves during training and tenure.
