- Optional 1-hour or 30-minute unpaid lunch with 2-15 minute paid breaks
- 40+ hours based on order flow

Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for working directly with customers for new and existing orders. They will be working with a professional, well-tenured front office staff that has worked together for nearly 12-years! This position was created due to investing in state of the art machines, increasing sales, product and labor requirements and advanced technologies to fulfill customer demands. This is a one shift operation.
The typical day starts from a full cycle customer service desk that is multi-task, fast and efficient. You will be answering phones, managing assigned accounts, creating new accounts, entering orders and sending invoicing through their proprietary software system. Other duties may include quoting as the position evolves during training and tenure.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

In order to be successful in this position, you need to possess good analytical skills and attention to detail. Working well with fellow team members requires self-motivation along with a productive work ethic that demonstrates an independent drive for results.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the customer service field in an office environment
- High School Education or GED equivalent
- Demonstrates excellence in written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate proficiencies with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Data entry skills
- Good Typing Skills
- Good attendance and reporting procedures
