Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Able to work in a multi task environment
Communications Skill

Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
Experience working with customer support.
Education:
High School

Qualifications:
1+ Years of experience in customer service( Commercial, call center etc)
Ability to work Monday through Saturday
