Managing heavy volumes of calls
Customer service
Managing database - specifically using Microsoft Excel
Updating information
Taking messages
Internet research
Reading maps
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Excellent customer service
Excellent phone etiquette - Spherion will test
Ability to read and write in English and Spanish
Beginner to Intermediate - Microsoft Office experience required, specifically Excel
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Must have experience in a call center/customer service environment working over the phone
Microsoft Office experience
Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish and English are preferred but not required
