Customer Service Sales Release the phones, process orders and call back customers who left messages after hours. Make outbound calls to customers to solicit orders only when another representative is available to take inbound calls. Make Quick Books note on conversation, sales and customer status.Responsibilities:Customer Service Order ProcessingAnswer incoming calls within two rings.Process orders, answer questions, make product suggestions on out of stock items, up sell orders offering additional related seasonal items and MDA accessories.Confirm item number and description match customers order. Ensure the correct MDA products are offered or purchased (ex: arch garland with arch hardware)Confirm address, billing contact, phone number, ensure they have the current catalogs and make all necessary changes or additions to Quick Books.Print sales orders, verify information and give to the warehouse for processing.Track packages as needed and provide customer or prospect with package status.Quality complaint and error log maintained in excel database and submitted to Jessica immediately for review and customer contact/follow up.Process all credit card orders via Quick Books and submit receipt to Jessica for Quick Books deposit.Prepare COD and commercial invoices for warehouse shipping.Ensure correct discount pricing on customer orders.Mail List Maintenance & Catalog MailingsMake outbound calls during downtime to confirm contact information, customers and prospects who have not recently ordered and had their information already verified.Prepare catalog mailings as directed by Jessica.Print labels & export to UPS, create follow up database with tracking information.Call all contacts with catalog return, acquire correct information, resend catalog and update Quick Books mail list file and master if needed.Miscellaneous Job DutiesEnsure work area is cleaned and organized at the end of each work day.Make sure all trash and paper shred is taken out weekly.Set telephones to voicemail at end of shift.Other job duties as assigned.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Customer Service skillsIntermediate computer knowledgeEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:High school diploma Please call us today!Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
