Spherion Staffing has multiple Customer Service Representative positions available. The Customer Service Representative serves customers by processing orders, resolving problems and positively communicating with customers to ensure they meet company and customer requirements.

5:30am-2pm, Mon-Fri
7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri

Responsibilities:
-Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
-Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
-Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues
-Monitor progress of delivery routes
-Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
-Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Minimum of one year of customer service experience preferred
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Minimum of one year of customer service experience preferred
-Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
-Knowledge of warehouse operations
-Possess excellent communication skills
-Ability to work in a changing fast-paced environment
-Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
-Possess organizational skills
