Spherion Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a local client here in Sioux Falls. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing the highest quality customer service experience to customers who call in with possible issues. This role must be able to use logic and reasoning to ask the appropriate questions and to identify solutions and make recommendations to resolve customer issues. Pay: $18/hour
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with product and service information and resolve product and service problems
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer concerns, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and chat messages
- Ability to take payment information and process payments
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
