- Answer and manage inbound calls and make outbound calls to potential customers
- Schedule appointments with the sales team and follow up with set appointments
- Revisit previous leads that didn’t convert into a sale
- Overcome objections from potential customers regarding scheduling, cost, etc.
- Efficiently respond to inbound leads from potential customers
Qualifications:
- Previous over-the-phone customer service experience is required, inside sales experience desired
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent attention to detail
- A clear, professional speaking voice
- Good listening skills
- Highly organized with strong multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to follow simple scripting
- Willingness to study product information and maintain knowledge
- Positive, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve top results
