We are hiring Customer Support representatives for a supplement company in Pleasant Grove. This position is starting immediately. You will need to be available between 7am-6pm, Monday through Friday, to work a full-time shift. Pay starts at $18/hr with a great opportunity work long-term for the company. Training will be in-person for the first 2 weeks at the Pleasant Grove office with a schedule of 8am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
--Handle customer inquiries and complaints
--Provide information about the supplements and other products
--Troubleshoot and resolve product issues or concerns
--Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
--High school diploma or equivalent
--Ability to prioritize and multitask
--Excellent written and verbal communication skills
--2 years experience working in a Call Center environment
--Ability to build rapport with clients and customers
