Responsibilities:
The Customer Support Specialist has a very proactive role. Some of the essential responsibilities include:
Respond to incoming calls and emails from clients
Serve as a point of contact for new clients, actively working with them to build websites to their preferences.
Create and log tickets using CRM software
Troubleshoot issues in real time with client
Other duties as assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills are a must
Great time management skills
Experience with HTML, CSS, Adobe is highly desired
Tech savvy
Education:
Associate
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
Minimum one year in customer service role, preferably in a tech setting
Web development/graphic design experience is strongly preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Quick learner
Knowledge in Microsoft Office, HTTP/FTP/HTML
CSS experience is a plus
Adobe is a plus
