The primary focus of the Customer Support Specialist position is to work with customers through the sales process, (from initial request to delivery of product). This includes answering questions, recommending solutions, processing of orders, and post sales follow-up.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Provide quotations, estimates, and other sales information to customers.
Answer customer telephone calls and emails.
Process customer orders into database system.
Maintain customer accounts with updated information, requests, and documentation.
Review customer contracts and identify any discrepancies with product description, warranty, or liability.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Work with sales manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Gather customer feedback.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are a must.
Excellent office administration and internal communications.
Ability to work independently.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to be patient and friendly with customers.
Excellent data entry using custom and web-based application.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Previous sales experience is required
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook
-Intermediate to advanced computer skills required
